Yes, my definition for common sense is:

The ability to take point “A”, “B” and “C” to come up with a clear path or reason.

Common sense is also the result of previous experiences in which the individual learns from them and improves unintentionally.

Common sense is not to be confused with proficiency, one may be proficient on a certain subject but incapable of responding to dynamic situations.

To end this post a perfect quote that is full of common sense.
